PAY BY BANK (NO Fees Apply)
If you have automatic bill pay set up to pay your childcare service fee from your bank account (either checking or savings) please allow up to ten days for receiving and processing a payment. The bank may deduct the payment from your account immediately and then send us a check through the mail for payment. We have found there is sometimes a delay in receiving and processing these payments in a timely manner. The online bill paychecks are sent for processing without an invoice therefore to minimize payment delays, please have the remittance address to be sent directly to:

PAY BY PHONE (Fees Apply)
You can pay your Childcare Service Fee with a credit card by calling 252-261-8898. To use the automated system you will need the account number OR customer number from your bill. A convenience fee of $17.95 with a transaction cap of $500 will be applied.

You can pay your Childcare Service Fee with a credit card on our website. You will need to add your child(ren) name(s) in the memo or message box. A convenience fee of $17.95 with a transaction cap of $500 will be applied.

If paying by check, drop your check in the parent payment box, if paying by cash PLEASE use the cash envelopes provided in the parent center and drop in the parent payment box.
**Reminder please be sure to write your child(ren) name in the memo line of your check and on the outside of the cash envelope.
